This form is used as a disclaimer for all clients regarding language use and innuendo in all songs played at your event.  Brooks Entertainment Services strives to keep all music AS CLEAN AS POSSIBLE, free from major forms of foul language and slang.  In my attempts to do so, some minor language is still present.  It also doesn't mean that any innuendo in a song is removed.  The foul language can be removed, but the innuendo remains.

By signing this agreement, you hereby understand and are confirming that the music played does have minor language and innuendo and therefore do not hold B.E.S. responsible should any issues arise with any guests at your event.
